C'è un nuovo strumento di supporto per l’accesso agli Screening del tumore del collo dell’utero, della mammella e del colon-retto riservato ai Caregiver, con l’obiettivo di facilitare loro l’esecuzione degli esami.

Per avere informazioni sui Programmi di screening, prenotare, disdire o cambiare appuntamento e conoscere la propria posizione all’interno dei tre Percorsi, ci si può rivolgere all’indirizzo infoscreening@ausl.bologna.it, a cui risponderà un operatore del Centro Screening. Nel testo del messaggio sarà necessario indicare nome, cognome, data di nascita e recapito telefonico.

Gli Screening oncologici

Le campagne di Screening per la prevenzione e diagnosi precoce dei tumori del collo dell’utero, della mammella e del colon-retto, sono programmi interamente gratuiti (sia i test di primo livello sia gli eventuali accertamenti e trattamenti che possono essere necessari) rivolti ai cittadini residenti e domiciliati assistiti nel territorio della Azienda USL di Bologna, nelle fasce di età in cui il rischio di ammalarsi di questi tumori e contemporaneamente l’efficacia della diagnosi precoce e delle cure adeguate sono maggiori.
• Screening per il tumore del collo dell’utero
Donne residenti e domiciliate assistite dai 25 ai 64 anni:
- dai 25 ai 29 anni con Pap test ogni 3 anni
- dai 30 ai 64 anni con HPV test ogni 5 anni
A partire dal 2023, tutte le ragazze nate dal 1998 in poi, che hanno ricevuto due dosi di vaccino anti-HPV prima del compimento dei 15 anni, sono invitate a fare il loro primo test di screening a 30 anni.

• Screening per il tumore della mammella
Donne residenti e domiciliate assistite dai 45 ai 74 anni:
- dai 45 ai 49 anni con mammografia ogni anno
- dai 50 ai 74 anni con mammografia ogni 2 anni

• Screening per il tumore del colon-retto
Uomini e donne, residenti e domiciliati assistiti dai 50 ai 69 anni:
- ricerca sangue occulto nelle feci ogni due anni

Dal 2022 è attivo anche lo Screening dell’Epatite C:
Uomini e donne residenti e domiciliati assistiti nati tra il 1969 ed il 1989
- un esame del sangue, eseguito una sola volta.

There is a new support tool for attending cervical, breast, and colorectal cancer screenings reserved for caregivers aiming of facilitating the execution of the tests.

Oncological Screenings

The Screening campaigns for the prevention and early diagnosis of cervical, breast, and colorectal cancers are entirely free programs (both first level tests and any necessary further investigations and treatments) offered to citizens resident and domiciled in the territory of the Local Health Authority of Bologna; domiciled citizens are required to have a general practitioner.

These organized screenings are targeted at age groups in which the risk of developing these cancers and, at the same time, the effectiveness of early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are higher.

• Cervical Cancer Screening
  Women resident and domiciled having a general practitioner from 25 to 64 years of age:
  - from 25 to 29 years with a Pap test every 3 years
  - from 30 to 64 years with an HPV test every 5 years
  Starting from 2023, all girls born from 1998 onwards who received two doses of the HPV vaccine before they turned 15, are invited to undergo their first screening test at the age of 30.
• Breast Cancer Screening
  Women resident and domiciled having a general practitioner from 45 to 74 years of age:
  - from 45 to 49 years with a mammogram every year
  - from 50 to 74 years with a mammogram every 2 years
• Colorectal Cancer Screening
  Men and women, resident and domiciled having a general practitioner from 50 to 69 years of age:
  - fecal occult blood every two years
• From 2022, Hepatitis C Screening is offered too:
  Men and women resident and domiciled having a general practitioner, born between 1969 and
  1989:
  - a blood test, performed only once
